The Global Financial Training Program
Global Financial Services was founded by Phil Dushey over 36 years ago. He pioneered in the industry of providing financing solutions to small and medium sized business, as well as real estate investors. A little over 24 years ago he founded a niche business providing equipment loans to churches. Global Church Financing was created and has in the years since expanded to all religious organizations, non-profits and schools. Around 20 years ago, after hearing the needs of his lenders, he realized that there was a need for more brokers. The problem the lenders were having was that they didn’t want to deal with amateur brokers, yet at the same time they did not have the time, energy or resources to train people to go out and bring in business. What the lenders saw as a problem, Phil saw as an opportunity. He started throwing around the idea of training people to become brokers and Global Financial Training Program was born.
Over the years, Phil has assumed many positions in the industry. He sits on boards, contributes articles and participates in speaking engagements. Phil has made it his mission to pay it forward by sharing his experience with people who want to enter the commercial finance industry and build businesses of their own. He has built three flourishing businesses and hopes that his legacy will continue for years to come.

Global Church Finance is one of the largest financiers for Church equipment in the United States. We finance equipment anywhere in the country and provide low rates with up to 60 months to repay. We have been in this business since 1992 and fully understand the needs of Churches.

​Our staff is specially trained to understand church financing needs such as new pews, updated sound systems, computer systems, AV equipment, new heating and air-conditioning systems, or just about anything a church may need. One church in NYC replaced its organ at a cost of $80,000, illustrating the size of some church equipment financing needs. More importantly, Global understands the unique financing needs of churches. Through our church financing division, we provide financing solutions for church equipment and church real estate, and we teach you how to identify and develop opportunities within this specialized market.

This is where all three companies come together in an integrated family that serves us all so well. Global Financial Training Program provides comprehensive training designed to prepare students to enter the commercial finance industry.

We teach you about a wide range of commercial financing products and transactions,
including transactions ranging in size from $5,000 to $500 million. Depending on the lender and transaction, commissions may be up to 15% on successfully funded transactions. Actual income varies based on the transactions you originate and successfully fund.

Our training provides in-depth knowledge of the commercial finance industry and the role of a commercial loan broker. Our loans help businesses and real estate investors meet a wide variety of financing needs, and our decades of experience allow us to bring practical, real-world knowledge into the classroom.

Our training features an experienced team of professionals who share their knowledge and industry experience with you. We help students establish relationships with well-established institutional lenders that lend throughout the United States. We also teach strategies for finding clients, developing repeat business, exploring new markets, building your business and utilizing industry organizations.

In most cases, 100% of the commissions you earn on successfully funded transactions are yours. We do not take a percentage of your commissions. Your actual income will depend on your individual business activity and the transactions you successfully originate and fund.

We provide marketing practices and resources developed through our decades of industry experience. You receive 1,000 starter leads, marketing tools, an in-depth website, social media setup and resources designed to help you begin marketing your business after training. Our company also provides ongoing support and assistance.

This is not a franchise. Students pay a one-time training fee and receive lifetime support with no ongoing franchise fees.
