Over the course of this program, you will learn how to arrange commercial financing and have the opportunity to earn commissions of up to 15% on successfully funded transactions, depending on the lender, loan type, and individual transaction. We also teach marketing practices and provide you with dozens of marketing tools, leads, a fully developed website, and social media accounts to help you begin building your business once your training concludes.

We will instruct you on how to properly utilize internet marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and other methods, including pay-per-click, direct mail, free, vendor, industry-based, loan size targeting, and more. By the end of the program, you will know how to properly target prospective clients and identify businesses that may be in need of your services as you begin building your business. This will help you learn how to identify and reach prospective clients and develop a balanced pipeline of new clients, repeat clients, and larger loan opportunities. With decades of experience in the industry, we teach marketing methods that we have used throughout our years in commercial finance.

We are also acutely aware of what lenders are looking for. We train our students to identify these same things so that you can spend your time wisely by properly targeting lenders for loans that they will actually approve. We are already approved with over 30 lenders. Once a loan is funded, servicing and collections are handled by the lender, allowing you to focus on originating new business. The complete program is available for a one-time tuition of $19,950. On top of that, all of our classes are currently available virtually and will continue to be for the foreseeable future, making our program an extremely convenient one.
